How do I order?
Nerd Answer : Shop around through our catalog of products, once you have found something you want simply click on the add to cart button. You can add or remove items from your shopping cart anytime you wish. Once you are happy with the item you are purchasing, go to your shopping cart, you can do this by clicking view cart at the top of the page. Overview everything in your cart and click checkout. Follow the steps by entering your information, selecting shipping method, choosing your payment method and finally paying. You will then end up on the order confirmation page and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Nerd Answer: Find the item you want. Once you have found the item you are looking for click on the Add To Cart button. Like the one bellow.
I picked the wrong item, how do I remove it from my shopping cart?
Nerd Answer: Access your shopping cart by clicking View Cart at the top of the page. You will see to the right of the item in your shopping cart a delete button. Click Delete.
How do I checkout?
Nerd Answer: Access your shopping cart by clicking View Cart at the top of the page. Review all the items that are in your cart, then click the checkout button, like the button below.

Why do I need to create an account?
Nerd Answer: Creating an account will allow you to track your order online, have instant access to past orders, print invoices and effectively communicate with our support department should a problem ever arise..
Is my information safe ?
Nerd Answer: You bet it is. We take this very very seriosly. We use the latest in encryption technology. We automaticly encrypt your information through the whole process. We use multiple layers of SSL with 128 bit and 256 bit enryption. .
If your method of payment is PayPal, your information is safe. Please refer to PayPal Data Security and Encryption section for further information.
Can you ship anywhere ?
Nerd Answer: we want to protect YOU, we can not just ship your item anywhere. Your item must and will only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card. Infact our system will automaticly put a hold on all orders that do not match.
How much Tax do you charge ?
Nerd Answer: First of all we dont charge you any tax, its the government. The only tax that is accessed is New York State Sales Tax. We do not access any tax on items to any other state or any international tax.
How do I know if my order went through ?
Nerd Answer: Once you have gone through the checkout process and your payment has been processed, you should be directed to the order confirmation page. You should also shortly get a confirmation email thanking you for your purchase. If you did not get an email or did not see the confirmation page. Click on live help and ask a sales nerd to help you. Oh by the way you can always log into your account and see if the order is there.
When will you ship?
Nerd Answer: We know how excited you are to get your new phone. So we ship all orders within 24hrs. Unless its a weekend or holiday, then your order is processed immediately, boxed and labeled for first carrier pickup.
