How and when do you ship ?

All standard shipments are sent out by Priority Mail.
All Express shipments are sent out by UPS 2nd Day.
All Overnight shipments are sent out by UPS Overnight.
All Shipments are shipped within 24hrs of your payment.
Weekend and holiday orders are processed but shipped at first available pick up from carrier.

When will I receive my order?

Priority Mail, of course we can not guarantee the speed of delivery but in our experience 2 - 3 days after shipment.

Express shipments will be delivered in 2 days after shipment.

Overnight shipments are delivered the next day after shipment.

Please remember all Shipments are shipped within 24hrs of your payment. Weekend and holiday orders are processed but shipped at first available pick up from carrier.

Where do the shipments originate from ?

All shipments originate from our live stock in New York City.

What about shipping insurance?

All of our shipments are insured, at no extra charge to you.
